What is your Returns & Exchanges policy?
Tinted Paint:
At Porter’s Paints we want you to love what you order. We understand that mistakes can be made, that people change their minds, and we are here to help.
If you discover that you have bought a colour that you do not love, we will gladly exchange your paint for another colour. This offer applies to any tinted paint 1L size or above, bought online from Porter’s Paints, and all returns must be made within 15 working days of the invoice date.
Items should be returned as full cans (or at least 90% full, we understand that you have probably poured a little out). All items should be returned undamaged. We will only accept items that meet these standards.
Please be careful when choosing your colours as there is no refund (only exchange) on tinted paint.
Untinted Paint:
We are happy to refund or exchange untinted paint or products, (such as undercoats, clear finishes, Liquid Iron, Instant Rust, Liquid Copper, Patina Green, wallpapers). These products must be returned to us withing 15 days of the invoice date. All items should be returned in original condition, unopened and undamaged. We will only accept items that meet these standards.

Please send all items for return complete with your name, receipts, and reason for return, to:

Please note that Returns & Exchange may take up to two (2) weeks to process. The cost of returned goods will be refunded to the credit card payment was made from. Delivery and handling costs will not be refunded. Costs incurred in returning goods must be borne by the customer.
